Seapine Software is an award-winning software company with a worldwide reputation for excellence. Our continued growth and the introduction of TestTrack RM, our new requirements management solution, have created an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Consultant in our London office.

Working with our Europe/UK Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for pre-sales technical support. You will provide product demonstrations to an audience of technically-sophisticated software developers and C-level business executives. After the sale, you will train new users and provide professional services to customers.

Because our customers and users are professional software developers, the Solutions Consultant will enjoy a challenging technical opportunity interacting with software engineers, developers, and QA analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our London Business Development Manager by answering technical questions from potential customers.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of Seapine’s entire product line either in person or online.
• Deliver technical training and professional software services.
• Stay up to date with all features and benefits of Seapine products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Significant experience in software development, software QA, or software pre-sales
• Ability to translate technical features into compelling business benefits
• Willingness to travel (moderately) to UK and Benelux client sites
• Annual trip to the U.S. corporate office required
• Polished presentation skills
• Professional communication skills
• Candidates with Software Requirements Management experience are strongly preferred
